cancellation policy
Please TEXT or leave a voicemail if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. My booking system automatically sends a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. 3-strike rule: After 3 cancellations within 24 hours, all subsequent cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of services booked.
no-show policy
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked.

late policy
If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, there is a very strong possibility that I will not have time to complete your service. I always try to be as accommodating as possible, however, if there is not enough time, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
rescheduling
There is no charge for rescheduling your appointment within my business hours listed online. If you need to reschedule outside of my available hours there will be a $10 charge added to your appointment.

nail break/fix
Any damage to your nails, 48 hours or more after your appointment, whether caused by neglect and/or normal wear and tear, will not be eligible for free repair. Repair appointments are only available by reaching out to me directly and they are not guaranteed.
I highly recommend wearing gloves for cleaning/dishes and to simply be mindful of your nails.
Remember: YOUR NAILS ARE JEWELS, NOT TOOLS!

new clients
$25 non-refundable deposit required for all new clients. This will go towards your first appointment. When you book your appointment, you will be sent an invoice via text that must be paid within 24 hours to secure your appointment.
