Please text or leave a voicemail if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. My booking system automatically sends a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. 3-strike rule: After 3 cancellations within 24 hours, all subsequent cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of services booked.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked.
If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, there is a very strong possibility that I will not have time to complete your service. I always try to be as accommodating as possible, however, if there is not enough time, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
There is no charge for rescheduling your appointment within my business hours listed online. If you need to reschedule outside of my available hours there will be a $10 charge added to your appointment.
Any damage to your nails, 72 hours or more after your appointment, whether caused by neglect and/or normal wear and tear, will not be eligible for free repair. Repair appointments are only available by reaching out to me directly and they are not guaranteed.
I highly recommend wearing gloves for cleaning/dishes and to simply be mindful of your nails.
Remember: YOUR NAILS ARE JEWELS, NOT TOOLS!
NEW: PREMIUM SCHEDULING FEE
My schedule will now only allow booking 90 days in advance instead of the 6-12 months it was before. I am so grateful that you all consistently keep me busy, however, it makes it very difficult to plan any time off for myself. So, on January 1st 2021, I will be cancelling ALL appointments that are booked past April 1st 2021 (with the exception of bridal parties already booked). I know this is scary, but this is the best way to make things fair to everyone, myself included.
In addition, I will be adding the Premium Scheduling Fee. This new policy states that if you wish to have an appointment booked further out than 90 days, you are required to contact me directly (text or email only) to make the appointment request. You must provide your name plus the date and time you are looking for. After you put in your request, I will check my schedule and if it is available I will send you an invoice for $10. This is a convenience fee that is non-refundable and will not go towards your appointment. Once the fee is paid I will book the appointment in my schedule. This is great for clients who know they will want their nails done for something special (ie vacations, special events, birthdays, etc.).
